Firstly download Exchange Backup Recovery Tool and Run the .exe file on the local machine. To use this tool just follow the simple working steps which is given below.
Step 1 - 7 : As you run the .exe file the home window will appear like this
Step 2 - 7 : Click on Load button from the menu bar of the software window to add the bkf file.
Step 3 - 7 : Now select the damaged BKF file from the local machine and then click on Open button from bottom of window.
Step 4 - 7 : Now the software will show you the complete backup file loading procedure as shown below.
Step 5 - 7 : Here the software will list all mailbox select the required mailbox you can select multiple user mailboxes.
Step 6 - 7 : If you want to recover complete bkf file click on Extract button other wise select the Extract Selected button to recover selected mailboxes.
Step 7 - 7 : As you click on the Extract option the software will ask you to provide a location to save the recovered backup file provide the specified path or you can create new folder as well by hitting on Create New Folder option and then click on OK.
